We are a private, gated community encompassing 900 acres with 745 homes representing a variety of residential styles from manor homes to grand estates with over 14 acres of common area, 200 acres of trees and 35 acres of wetlands.

Our public and private schools are highly ranked and most are just outside our gates or within a few miles from our neighborhood.  Our schools enjoy high levels of parent participation and support. 

CCS has an active on-site property management staff provided by PMI Northeast Atlanta. The CCS HOA Board of Trustees is active and includes Committees that contribute to landscaping, resident events, safety and more.
