Selling a Home in St Ives

Please let the HOA know the home is being listed for sale, along with the name of the listing agent and contact number.  At the end of this document you will find additional information needed to fill out your real estate disclosure forms.

If the homeowner wishes the Listing Agent to schedule a guest for viewing the home, please have them forward email permission to:

HOA Fee includes – 24-hour Security, maintenance and insurance on Common areas, and street/road maintenance.

A Compliance inspection is completed on all homes for sale to verify compliance.

A report will be sent to the Homeowner and the Listing Agent.

PLEASE NOTE:

If the home you are selling has any recreation equipment, Swing set, basketball goal, trampoline – these items must be removed by the Seller. If the buyer wants any of these items to remain, they must be reapproved for the new homeowner after they take possession. Please notify the HOA if it will be removed or applied for by the new owner with a project request form.

No home or lot is preapproved for installing a swimming pool.

The HOA does not have or keep copies of appraisals or surveys of homes in St Ives.

ALL homes MUST be owner occupied; we do not allow rentals, leases or sub-letting in St Ives.

WE DO NOT ALLOW Moving trucks in St Ives on a Sunday or Holidays, please make your Buyers and Sellers aware of this rule. New homeowners must be registered with St Ives Security Prior to us allowing in a moving truck.

The fees above do NOT include Swim or Tennis Membership at the St Ives Country Club. The St Ives Country Club is a separate entity from the HOA.
