TEKControl is the software used by the St Ives security to manage visitors coming into St Ives. Each homeowner has an account that they can log in to and manage the visitors who come to their house. TekControl has an app available at the AppStore and the GoogleStore.
Generally, the ASC meets twice per month, however, these meeting times are subject to change due to volume. You may call the office to confirm the timeframe when submitting your ASC applications. The ASC works to respond to applications as quickly as possible, usually in less than one week.
All exterior modifications to a home in St Ives require an ASC application. This will be reviewed and approval is required in advance of any changes or modifications. This includes updates to your roof, exterior painting, garage doors, gutters, etc.
Complete and submit a vehicle registration form in the Homeowners Portal and remit payment for the pass. Make an appointment with Security for them to come to your house to install the decal.
Please make the repair or correct the issue that the violation refers to as soon as possible or send an email to the Property Manager at priscilla@stivescc.org to request additional time to resolve the issue. Failure to cure or request an extension may result in penalties being issued and accrued.
Yes. The Security Guards in St Ives monitor the community streets to ensure they are safe and that traffic rules are followed. They will issue citations for failure to stop at stop signs, excessive speeds, parking near bus stops, for non-compliance per occurrence.
Emergencies should be reported to 911 first. You may then call the front or rear gate at 770-497-0482 ext. 404 or 405, so they can document what has occurred and assist in access for emergency vehicles, if needed. Gates are manned and operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Homeowners dues are made in two installments. The first half is due no later than January 31st and the second installment is due on April 1st. If your first installment is not received by January 31st, the remainder of the balance becomes due immediately and a $100 late fee is assessed. Likewise, if your second installment is not received by April 30th, a $100 late charge will be assessed.
